Hi there folks! Dragunov speaking here. Right from the studio where I just tried something new. Making uplifting trance. Yes. You’ve read that right.
I’m trying for ages to come up with some new stuff so that I can finally create the music I really want to make. With some help from the KORG M1 plugin and some Nexus pad programming, I think I have found a way to create one of my latest pieces that I’m actually really f**king proud of.
What is uplifing tance exactly?
Uplifting trance is a genre that has been around for a very. VERY long time. It’s been around since the 90’s when groundbreaking artists such as Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold and Sasha & Digweed and usually focuses more on the melody and pulsing effect of the so called side-chaining of the elements in the track.
Where can I find this trance track of yours?
For now, I’ll keep things simple and will not officially release it to the world. This might change in the future though, so stay tuned for my friends at Dellusion Music to release it officially. I really hope it can be done and just writing this article alreadt gives me goosebumps.
